ESSENTIAL INFORMATION

The following information will help you find out about all aspects of your stay at GREAT WORLD HOLIDAYS.

Accommodation

Our Apartment is furnished to a good standard with the information and photos on our website showing our property.

The Apartment is on the ground floor. The Master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom whilst the second bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a common bathroom with a shower cubicle and a sofa bed in the lounge for an additional adult to sleep. 

Getting There

Our Apartment is located around a 60 minutes drive from Faro airport (approx 90 KM) We are happy to arrange airport transfers or provide details of car hire companies located at the Airport. We will email you check in details including the full address 7 days prior to your stay.

Arrival / Departure

Check in time is from 16:00 (4 PM).

Check in is contactless so the keys will be available in the lockbox beside the front door. Should you have any queries or experience any issues on arrival or during your stay, please contact our caretaker who will be happy to assist. All the access codes and the contact details of our caretaker will be provided in the confirmation email.

Check out time is 10:00 (10 AM)

Please ensure that all electrical appliances (except the fridge and wifi router) are switched off, all doors and windows are shut and locked and the security shutters are down. The keys may be left on the dining table or in the lockbox. Once our caretaker has checked the Apartment and confirmed to us there is no damage or issues your security deposit will be refunded within 7 working days back to the method of payment you paid with.

What is included in your stay

Prior to your arrival the Apartment will be thoroughly cleaned. All utilities (electric, wifi, etc) as well as linen are included in your 7 night stay. Should you require a mid stay linen change or cleaning, this will be arranged at an additional charge.

Welcome pack

We can provide a welcome pack of essential food items if your arrival is after local supermarkets have closed. The contents are guest specified and charged at cost.

Air conditioning / reverse heating

The lounge and both bedrooms have air conditioning/heating units. Please ensure that the exterior doors are kept shut.

What is not included

Additional cleans / bed linen towels - except from the above if you require any additional cleaning, bedding or towels these will be chargeable - please enquire for costs

Please ensure you have adequate Holiday Insurance prior to booking GREAT WORLD HOLIDAYS.

SEF forms

It is a requirement that details of paying person's staying at GREAT WORLD HOLIDAYS are provided to the Portuguese Authorities. We will provide you with a form which requires all the guests details and flight details to be completed and returned to us by the stated deadline.

 

Pool Area

If you have children in your group, please ensure they are SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES in and around the pool area. 

Guest Folder and Guest Book

There is a guest folder located in the Apartment with useful information and things to do in the local area

There is a guest book located in the Apartment and we really appreciate and comments or review you are happy to leave.
